Limited capacity 4 day fundraising school
After the initial training, the successful candidates head off in teams, living and working as a unit for the summer, whilst putting their new found skills to the test.
Everyone’s progress is individually monitored and a high level of training is provided by the management team who strive for everyone to reach their full potential. Each division also has a weekly sales meeting (run by the Divisional Manager, who is normally a student) to review results, introduce the up and coming prizes and competitions, and catch up with the other rest of the division.

The summer itself includes huge highs and lows, whilst learning to deal with rejection, success and controlling the physical, mental and emotional challenges of the job.
As soon as the summer is over, the overall performance is reviewed, future opportunities are explained, bonus’ are paid and invitations to the awards ceremony are handed out.
A month or so later, the annual awards ceremony takes place in Central London over a three course dinner. Certificates, plaques, awards and prizes are presented, before heading out to party the night away!
