The focus of the summer is on individual accomplishment and with competitions such as Top Sales Person, Most Valuable Player and Most Improved Sales Person, the structure is firmly centered towards personal development.
There are also many opportunities to win prizes along the way, on top of a basic allowance and a potentially large bonus package.
Last year, individual prizes included an Iphone, a golf weekend, a spa day, a stunt flying experience, and a track day package, while team prizes included a 3-course meal at a top restaurant in London, a night out at Fabric and a West End theatre trip.
In addition to this, everyone has a chance to qualify for the company paintballing day and the free company holiday, held at the end of the year in Tenerife!
